This not for profit activity is dedicated to encouraging inner city and underprivledged youth to become productive members of society. We help them to set both academic and career goals.

Jr. Posse’s approach using horses is affirmed by international studies that show-teaming youth with animals teaches them responsibility, discipline, and increases self-esteem.

Our mission this year is to establish the first inner city high school equestrian team and charter school with our eyes set on the Olympics. This will give students an opportunity to compete for equestrian scholarships at some of the top colleges in the country.   Our students are currently in training with 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist Will Simpson and Olympic Bronze Medalist- International Dressage Judge Charlotte Bredahl-Baker and many other top national trainers.
